HISTORY
| In the spring of 1997, guitarist Gil Martin and
bassist/vocalist Dawn Cheairs joined their talents, forming
the foundation of Offering74 in Golden, CO. The pair stalked drummer
Garry McCulley for almost a year, finally convincing him
to enlist in May 1998. Evolving through staffing turmoil and genre-schizophrenia,
Offering74 has gouged out its own niche, debuting GET OUT in March 1999. The album
has received modest acclaim from the industry, but genuine enthusiasm from consumers.

HIGHLIGHTSOffering74 is continually focused on writing and performing, feeding its ever-growing camp of devotees.
